Vimala Uttarkar grew up in India and spent time in some amazing cities, all with excellent cuisine. She enjoys the sheer pleasure of cooking, finding it relaxing yet stimulating. This has helped her build up a repertoire of original Indian food. ‘The diversity of Indian food really must be experienced to be believed’ she says.
